I have used Penometal Design and Fabrication Ltd on a couple different jobs now. I have found Ali great to deal with. The work was very good and completed on schedule. I have recommended him to fellow builders.

They came and replaced my old wooden fence by a chain-link one with slats inserts. Some of the slats were slightly too short (came like that in the bag from the manufacturer) and the owner of clôture St-Martin (Luigi) came to personally replace them. He even left me a few extra. I would do business with them again.

Incredible service, knowledge and professionalism. Ned quickly responded to any questions we had about different fencing products. His knowledge as an installer and his willingness to help us get our projected completed is astounding. We talked with a person who purchased from AMCO Fencing 6 years ago (we happened to be admiring a fence that was installed in the neighborhood) and he told us about the excellent service before, during and after his purchase as well as how pleased he was with the product. AMCO are not just suppliers, they will go out of their way to help you with any questions about installing your product which we are truly grateful to Ned for all his help.

Joe and the crew have finished up the work on repairing our cedar/bamboo fence. In a word, it looks FANTASTIC!But more importantly, I wanted to share with you how delighted we were with the experience.The guys came in, got to work and did everything that they needed to do without grumbling or suggesting that something was out of scope or the client responsibility. They respected our property and our neighbours property, and were careful about causing as little damage as possible to existing landscaping and lawns. I was picky about how things were being done and the outcomes, and Joe respected my input and never made me feel that my presence was unwelcome. And the guys as a whole were good spirited, conscientious, nice to be around, and had a terrific work ethic.

I needed a nice fence for my home and then I heard about Natural Art Fence on the radio. The radio said their work was on was multiple highways, so I drove down highway 1 , saw their work and called them up. Natural Art Fence built my fence and I'm blown away. Not only did they do a great job installing it, but also traffic noise from the road is much quieter now!Well done guys! I recommend concrete fence to every home owners out there!

Element Fence likes to pride themselves on their “professionalism, good morals, and business ethics” however, as someone who has previously worked at the company for just over 8 months as their Office Manager, I can confidently say this is nothing further from the truth.I personally pride myself on leaving companies on a good note, as I do not like to tarnish my reputation, and believe that maintaining professional relationships are essential. Although I share my differences from management and the way that the company is being run, I would’ve never done anything upon my departure, to detriment the company in any way shape or form.However, it was very unfortunate to hear from a previous client of mine, that I was accused by the owner, Daniel Mazzucco, of stealing a cheque for a 50% deposit for a project that was quoted after I had made a decision to leave the company. This repeat client (due to the strong rapport I had built with), has reached out to me to notify me of the situation, and seek my advice as to how she should proceed, as she has received little to no communication from the company in regards to her contracted job with Element Fence over the last several months.As someone who comes from a very strong background of Customer Service and Account Management, I believe that it is crucial to communicate to your clients with full transparency, and accept accountability for your faults and lack of organization within the company rather than attempting to point the blame elsewhere. It is extremely disheartening to hear that my name is being tarnished, for the sole sake of avoiding exactly just that.This comes to little to no surprise, as this was a repeated behaviour of management throughout the entirety of my time at the company.I sincerely wish Daniel and his company nothing but success in the future - but I will not condone these dishonourable and unethical actions.
